Eat a high in fiber low fat dinner at 5.00 p.m. Avoid carbodydrates completely.Eat an apple if you want to eat at night.By eating a good high fiber diet at 5pm you'll avoid being hungry at night.

1. Eat only vegetables and frui?s for dinner (high fiber low fat diet ). Take dinner at 5.00p.m or as early as possible(after 5pm)
2. Do not eat between meals Instead drink water
3. Exercise regularly. Bring exercise in to your daily work routine. In office walk by using stairs instead of elevators. ect.
4. Avoid fast foods as much as possible
5. Eat vegetables and fruits as much as possible instead of carbohydrates
